1. How do I provide content, images, and updates for my project?

We require all content, images, and project updates to be entered or uploaded into Asana. This ensures clear communication and prevents any delays in completing your project. We also provide training on how to use Asana effectively.

2. Are third-party services included in my project fee?

No, our proposal does not cover payments for third-party services, including apps, plugins, fonts, images, custom emails, hosting, website plans, themes, or templates. Clients are responsible for purchasing, managing, and ensuring the compatibility of these services independently.

3. Who is responsible for providing written content and images?

Clients are responsible for providing all written content, images, and licensed stock images. Many stock image providers (e.g., Shutterstock) do not allow license transfers, so images must be obtained directly by the client.

4. Can Nova Luna help with image selection?

Yes! We offer image selection services. If you’re interested, please reach out, and we can provide a quote. If you are not satisfied with our initial selection, additional photos can be chosen at the same rate.

5. What happens if I need additional tasks or services beyond the original proposal?

Any work not included in the original proposal is considered beyond the scope of work. We can bill additional work at an hourly rate or provide a customized quote upon request.

6. What if I want to make changes after the design phase begins?

i. We provide 2 rounds of revisions during the design phase.
ii. A revision includes all requested changes submitted via Asana.
iii. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will follow our change request protocol and may be billed at our hourly rate at Nova Luna’s discretion.

7. Does Nova Luna provide support for third-party apps?

No, we do not offer support for third-party apps unless explicitly agreed upon. If an issue arises after installation, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the app’s customer support.

8. What happens if the website platform I use shuts down or goes out of business?

Nova Luna is not responsible if your website platform ceases operations or goes out of business.

9. Are subscriptions required? How do I cancel my subscription?

Yes, all subscriptions require auto-pay setup. If you wish to cancel, we require a 60-day notice.

10. How long does it take to implement final website changes?

All requested changes to your website are completed within 1-3 business days. Final change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before our final call.

11. When will legal policies and ADA compliance be set up on my site?

Legal policies and ADA compliance will be added within 4-5 days after the site launch, as these can only be implemented once the website is live.

12. What happens when I sign the proposal?

By signing the proposal, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in the proposal and Nova Luna’s Legal Notices available at novaluna.io.
